To provide exceptional support services to our customers, we have a product support helpdesk facility based out of Banglore, Karnataka. The dedicated telephone and email addresses are manned by competent support consultants who provide services during the workings hours. We log support tickets on the support system and provide monthly support status and reports. We also provide stringent service level agreements.
